Student Enrollment & Terms of Service Agreement
BILLET TRADING ACADEMY STUDENT ENROLLMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Student Enrollment and Terms of Service Agreement is entered into by and between Billet Trading Academy and the undersigned student. By enrolling in any educational program or community provided by the Academy, the Student agrees to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Educational Purposes Only
No Advice: All concepts, strategies, analysis, charts, and content provided are for strictly educational and informational purposes.
No Solicitation: Nothing taught constitutes a solicitation, recommendation or endorsement to buy or sell any financial instruments.
No Brokerage Services: The Academy does not execute trades on behalf of students or operate as a registered financial advisor or broker-dealer.
2. Risk Acknowledgement and Waiver
High Risk: The Student acknowledges that trading financial markets (including stocks, options, futures and forex) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
Potential for Loss: The Student understands they could sustain a total loss of their trading capital.
Independent Decisions: The Student assumes sole responsibility for any live trading capital deployed and all trading decisions made.
Liability Release: The Billet Trading Academy, its instructors and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential financial losses incurred by the Student.
3. No Guarantees of Performance or Profit
Individual Results Vary: The Billet Trading Academy makes absolutely no guarantees, promises or projections regarding individual trading profits, success or income generation.
Historical Examples: Any past performance or historical trade examples shown during coaching are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future results.
4. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure
Proprietary Content: All course materials, videos, PDFs,strategies and software are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy.
Strictly Prohibited: The Student is strictly prohibited from recording, copying, distributing, sharing, reselling or commercially exploiting any Academy materials.
Single-User Access: Group or community login credentials may not be shared with third parties. Violations will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.
5. Payment, Fees, and Refund Policy
Payment Terms: The Student agrees to pay all course fees according to the selected billing schedule prior to accessing course materials.
Refund Policy: All fees paid to the Billet trading Academy are strictly non-refundable except as otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
Defaulters: Failure to complete scheduled installment payments will result in the immediate suspension of course access and community privileges.
6. Code of Conduct and Community Rules
Professional Behavior: The Student must maintain respectful, professional and ethical behavior in all live classes, webinars and online discussion forums.
Zero Tolerance: Defamation, harassment, spamming, self-promotion or solicitation of other students for external business is strictly prohibited.
Right to Expel: The Academy reserves the right to terminate a Student’s access immediately, without warning or refund for violating this code of conduct.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Academy is legally registered.
Mediation: Any disputes arising from this Agreement must first be attempted to be resolved through amicable mediation before pursuing external legal remedies.
